Waiting Charges:

• Arrival waiting policy: 60 minutes complimentary waiting for arrival transfers from the flight arrival. If the chauffeur is asked to wait further, there will be an additional charge of OMR 10.000 + 5% VAT per hour

Departure waiting policy: 30 minutes complimentary waiting for departure transfers at the pickup location. If the chauffeur is asked to wait further, there will be an additional charge of OMR 10.000 + 5% VAT per hour.
 
Cancellation Policy:

• No cancellation charges if the booking is cancelled prior to 24 hours to the scheduled service.

• The offer is valid on a maximum of 5 tickets per month for Zahiya and Zahiya plus credit cardholders only throughout the week.
